Users have the ability to render an HTML report. If you want to share the analysis or reproduce it at a later time the reporting function comes in handy. On both heatmaps and all enlarged networks there is a Save button. This save button will not only save them as image or text files but also tell the reporting function that the user wants these in the report. On heatmaps there is also a GO analysis button. This analysis will take a few minutes and will, once finished, also be saved in the report. To render the report, the user needs to click on the Save Report on the menu. Do not quit the session before this is finished. The report will not be rendered if the Save Report function is not completed. Once finished the HTML report can be found in the Output/<username>/<dataset> folder.
