CellexalVR features what we call facs subgraphs. It is essentially three surface marker measurements plotted against each other. To create a subgraph of your own open the selection menu by pressing the "Selection Tool Menu" button, and then press the "Facs Menu" button. From there, select three facs measurements and then press the green button with a plus sign at the top of the menu. A new graph will appear with your selected facs measurements on three axes. You can interact with this new graph just as any other graph by moving or selecting cells in it. The colors on the arrows show the expression level of the facs measurements, using the same colors as gene expressions, to change these colors, head to the settings menu.
