Coluring by index
The "Color by index" button will open a menu to color cells based on facs measurements. Press a square to color all graphs according to that facs measurement.
Because of the way this data is set up, you can provide CellexalVR with anything sensible that you want to color the graphs by, in addition to the surface markers. Read the file format section for more information.
